Er l\u00e4chelt, als er erz\u00e4hlt, dass er gerade erfahren habe, dass er die Sprachpr\u00fcfung auf dem Level B2 in Deutsch bestanden hat. F\u00fcr Jolo ist das ein Meilenstein. Er braucht das Sprachzertifikat, um in Deutschland die Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten machen zu k\u00f6nnen. \u201eIch bin seit sechs Jahren hier, und ich will viel mehr als ein bisschen Deutsch lernen&#8221;, sagt er entschlossen. Viel mehr.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses\u00a0\u201eViel mehr&#8221; dr\u00fcckt Jolos nachvollziehbaren Wunsch nach einem erf\u00fcllten Leben aus, nach einer echten Zukunft in Deutschland. Jolo m\u00f6chte Deutschland nie wieder verlassen. Hier hat er die Aussicht auf ein stabiles Leben f\u00fcr sich und seine Familie. Der 38-J\u00e4hrige hat auf dem Weg zu mehr Teilhabe in Deutschland schon viel erreicht: Er konnte im Rahmen des Familiennachzugs seine Frau und seine vier Kinder aus der T\u00fcrkei nach Deutschland holen und mit ihnen eine passende Wohnung beziehen. Er erhielt einen Schwerbehindertenausweis und bekommt nun Blindengeld.<\/p>\n<p>Allein h\u00e4tte er das nicht geschafft. Jolo bekam Unterst\u00fctzung von einem Beratungsnetzwerk und unter anderem von Wolfram Buttschardt, der bei Handicap International | Crossroads arbeitet, sowie vom Beratungszentrum muslimischer Frauen K\u00f6ln e. V.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u201eWir waren Einzelk\u00e4mpfer&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Im Jahr 2016 kamen viele Fl\u00fcchtlinge nach Deutschland. Das Land war darauf kaum vorbereitet &#8211; und auf gefl\u00fcchtete Menschen mit Behinderung noch viel weniger. \u201eWir waren Einzelk\u00e4mpfer&#8221;, sagt Buttschardt r\u00fcckblickend. Buttschardt ist Diplom-Heilp\u00e4dagoge und hat viel Erfahrung in der Beratung von Menschen mit Behinderung. Mit gefl\u00fcchteten Menschen mit Behinderung hatten er und sein Team des damals gegr\u00fcndeten Netzwerks Fl\u00fcchtlinge mit Behinderung K\u00f6ln bis dato aber kaum zu tun. Er habe sehr viel recherchieren m\u00fcssen, um die Grundlagen f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Beratung an der Schnittstelle von Flucht und Behinderung zu erarbeiten, erinnert sich Buttschardt und f\u00e4hrt fort: \u201eEs ging deshalb anfangs auch nur langsam voran, aber Mohamad war sehr geduldig.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt entstand dabei zwischen\u00a0Buttschardt und Jolo eine Freundschaft. \u201eVom Kunden zum Freund&#8221;, beschreibt es Buttschardt. Jolo sagt: \u201eBei Wolfram habe ich sofort gemerkt: Er kann mir helfen. Er ist nicht hochn\u00e4sig, spricht mit jedem und hat keine Vorbehalte.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ein Unterst\u00fctzungsnetzwerk aus rund 60 Organisationen<\/h2>\n<p>Buttschardt arbeitete 2016 bei der Beratungsstelle der Diakonie Michaelshoven in K\u00f6ln und baute zusammen mit anderen Unterst\u00fctzer*innen ein Netzwerk aus etwa 60 Organisationen auf, das f\u00fcr gefl\u00fcchtete Menschen mit Behinderung in K\u00f6ln zur Anlaufstelle wurde. \u201eDas Wichtigste war, sich gegenseitig zu kennen, da war viel Improvisation und learning by doing dabei&#8221;, sagt Buttschardt. \u00a0\u201eWir haben damals Pionierarbeit geleistet, und diese Erfahrungen sind, wie die anderer erfahrener Kolleg*innen auch, in die Roadbox eingeflossen&#8221;, erkl\u00e4rt er.<\/p>\n<p>Die Roadbox, das Onlinethemenportal des Projekts Crossroads | Flucht. Migration. Behinderung. von Handicap International entstand aus dem Bed\u00fcrfnis heraus, Fachkr\u00e4ften systematisch Informationen zur Beratung gefl\u00fcchteter Menschen mit Behinderung zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Roadbox ist eine Arbeitshilfe und die Ermutigung, nicht zu schnell aufzugeben.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crossroads-bis-2024.hi-deutschland-projekte.de\/crossroads\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/04\/titelbild-kachel-teilhabe.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&copy; Handicap International<\/p>\n\t<p>Heute engagiert sich Mohamad Jolo bei Empowerment Now, das Projekt zur Qualifizierung von Selbstvertreter*innen von Crossroads. Dort setzt sich der ehemalige Philosophiestudent f\u00fcr die Belange von gefl\u00fcchteten Menschen in Deutschland ein, er will eine systematische Ber\u00fccksichtigung dieser Anliegen, die \u201eIdee nach oben bringen&#8221;, wie er es nennt. Denn dass sein Weg so lange dauern w\u00fcrde, h\u00e4tte Jolo damals nie vermutet: \u201eMan f\u00e4ngt komplett bei Null an, und sich ein neues Leben zu bauen, dauert zehn oder 15 Jahre.&#8221;<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/crossroads-bis-2024.hi-deutschland-projekte.de\/crossroads\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/04\/21092020_master_handicap-international_ctews_highres-74-von-75.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&copy; Handicap International<\/p>\n\t<p>Buttschardts W\u00fcnsche f\u00fcr die Zukunft sind ebenfalls systematischer Natur: \u201eWir von Handicap International w\u00fcnschen uns zun\u00e4chst einmal ein bundesweites Kompetenzzentrum Flucht und Behinderung, das Fachkr\u00e4fte bundesweit unterst\u00fctzt&#8221;, erkl\u00e4rt er. \u201eEs werden wieder mehr Fl\u00fcchtlinge kommen, wenn Corona vorbei ist, davon bin ich \u00fcberzeugt.
