Gemeinsam mit f\u00fcnf Fachverb\u00e4nden macht Handicap International in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.flxml.eu\/r-77fbc26fc2e10f9e369983b28d27b4466929743452efb295\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">einer<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.flxml.eu\/r-77fbc26fc2e10f9e369983b28d27b4466929743452efb295\"> Pressemitteilung<\/a>&nbsp;auf eine schmerzhafte L\u00fccke in den neuen Regelungen der Bundesregierung f\u00fcr den Leistungszugang gefl\u00fcchteter Menschen aus der Ukraine aufmerksam. Menschen mit Behinderung wurden in dem neuen Gesetz an entscheidender Stelle vergessen. Der Zugang zur Eingliederungshilfe nach SGB IX bleibt ungekl\u00e4rt.
