Sie ben\u00f6tigen dringend Unterst\u00fctzung \u2013 vom Transport von der polnischen Grenze nach Deutschland \u00fcber eine Gehhilfe wie einen Rollator bis hin zur Unterkunft in einer Einrichtung der Behindertenhilfe. Hier k\u00f6nnen die Organisationen der Behindertenhilfe mit wenig Zeitaufwand aktiv werden: Indem sie ihre Kapazit\u00e4ten auf der Website <a href=\"https:\/\/hilfsabfrage.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hilfsabfrage.de<\/a> eintragen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/handicap-international.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Handicap International<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/isl-ev.de\/index.php\/verband-zentren\/selbstbestimmt-leben-das-original-isl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ILS<\/a> betreiben die Vermittlungsplattform <a href=\"https:\/\/hilfsabfrage.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hilfsabfrage.de<\/a>. Seit Inbetriebnahme der Vermittlungsplattform im April 2022 haben zahlreiche Organisationen der Behindertenhilfe Hilfsangebote eingestellt. Aber noch immer brauchen Gefl\u00fcchtete Unterst\u00fctzung, von einer Unterkunft mit Pflegebett \u00fcber innerst\u00e4dtische Transporte bis hin zur Versorgung mit Hilfsmitteln.
